Owners

Steve and Judy Scully opened the Tuscaloosa franchise in March 1990 and are still actively engaged in the day-to-day operation of the business. After six years active duty military service, Steve began a sales and sales management career with Proctor & Gamble. He was recruited by Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company as a sales representative, and progressed to sales trainer and product management positions. He then became a marketing and physician recruiting consultant to a hospital mangement company before becoming CEO of one of their hospitals.

Judy has experience as a teacher at every level from grammar school to high school to adult education. Together, they work to make the team in Tuscaloosa consistently reach the highest levels of performance and quality. They have consistently earned Circle of Excellence status as Express franchisees, and achieved the prestigious Chairman’s Club several times.
