Christine Menard founded Contact Human Resource Group in 1979 as a 100% Canadian owned and operated Human Resource firm based in London, Ontario.

In order to expand internationally, Christine partnered with Express Employment Professionals in 1996. Contact Human Resource Group officially changed its name to Express Employment Professionals on January 1, 1998. Since 1996, Express has expanded and grown in Canada significantly.
